CHRISTMAS SHIPPING SCHEDULE 2024:

To receive your delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order using the following guidelines:

For Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Delivery): All orders should be placed by Thursday, 19th December before 3 p.m.

For Next Working Day Tracked Delivery: All orders should be placed by Friday, 20th December before 1 p.m.

Our warehouse and shipping team will be having a well-earned break from 1 p.m. on Tuesday, 24th December until Monday, 30th December and then again on Tuesday, 31st December until normal working and shipping terms commence on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.

 

We deliver your product quickly and safely direct to your door.  We aim to despatch all orders placed by 1pm, the same day MONDAY - FRIDAY (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday or as soon as possible thereafter.

All UK Orders £45 or over will be FREE SHIPPING

All UK Orders under £45 will be charged at £3.99

All Orders requesting NEXT WORKING DAY TRACKED DELIVERY will be charged at £6.95. To receive your order the NEXT WORKING DAY - your order must be placed BEFORE 1pm.  Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

EUROPE Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges and duties that you may incur. For EUROPEAN orders UNDER €120.00 we expect that duties or taxes will not need to be paid under the IOSS scheme For EUROPEAN orders OVER €120.00 all duties and taxes will need to be paid by the recipient. delilah is unable to advise you what these costs may be.  You may wish to consider splitting orders to remain under the €120 per shipment.
