How do I know what shade I should buy?

On our foundation and concealer pages, we have a "What's My Shade?" button, where you can insert your current foundation and using the science behind Match My Makeup, you can discover your perfect match in a delilah shade. How do I purchase a Gift Card and how long do they last?

Please head to the Collections tab on our website and you will find the options for our E-Gift Card there. Select the value of your Gift Card, Complete the contact and the billing details. Then you can click on Pay Now. Once the order has been processed, you will receive the E-Gift Card. Electronic delivery only. All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months.

How do I cancel or make changes to an order?

Thank you for your order. We are unable to change your order once the item has been placed and ordered through our website. However, we understand that mistakes happen, so please contact customerservices@delilahcosmetics.com within a period of 14 days and the team will be happy to assist you with return of goods and an exchange or refund (minus the original delivery charge) will be processed.

How do I track my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to advise this. All of our orders are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service unless you have purchased Next Day Delivery and then these are sent via DPD. Providing you have given us your email address and mobile number when you placed your order, you will receive an email/text from Royal Mail or DPD giving you further information on when your delivery can be expected.

What happens if my item is undelivered or refused?

This will be delivered back to our warehouse and we will let you know that we have received the item back. We will attempt delivery one more time after contacting you and confirming with you that all the delivery information is correct. If we do not have the information, we will wait 7 days and then refund you the amount paid for the items orders, minus the original delivery charge

What is your returns policy?

The team at delilah hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer an exchange of goods, or a refund. If the item is returned to us within 14 days, in its original packaging and hasn’t been used. Please send an email to customerservices@delilahcosmetics.com

Can I return or exchange an item that was not purchased on delilahcosmetics.com?

Are your products cruelty free?

delilah is proud to be certified by PETA as a cruelty free brand, no animal testing is conducted or commissioned for any delilah products, neither do we sell in any markets that require animal testing.

What is the PETA Bunny Logo?

The PETA Bunny Logo is an internationally recognised symbol guaranteeing consumers that no new animal tests were used in the development of any product displaying it. The Logo can be seen on packaging, advertising, and websites for cosmetics and household products around the world.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes! We value animals, and we believe in our planet. Our formulas, brushes and even our outer packaging doesn’t contain ANY animal-derived ingredients

Are your products Paraben Free?

Yes! delilah is proud to be producing and prividing products that are Paraben Free.

Are your products Gluten Free?

We cannot guarantee that our products and ingredients have not come into contact with gluten-derived ingredients during the manufacturing process.

Is your packaging recyclable?

We work to source packaging that is recyclable from the tape to seal the delivery, the box/envelope and the corn starch "wotsits" that are utilised when sending out product. All of our product boxes have two important logos on - 1) FSC approved and 2) World Land Trust. These confirm that all our product packing comes from Forest Stewardship Council approved forestry and that we carbon offset via World Land Trust.

Do delilah products contain Palm Oil?

No, absolutely not! The entire delilah range has NO palm oil, palm oil derivatives or any claimed to be vegan palm oil.

Are your products dermatalogically tested?

Each and every one of our formulations has been independently evaluated to ensure they meet the highest standards for safety and efficacy. These tests, that range from Dermatologist Testing and in some cases Stability, Clinical and Ophthalmological testing, are not mandatory for make-up and skin care products but we have gone the extra mile to give you peace of mind.

How is delilah becoming more enviromentally friendly?

For us, the future looks bright, but it also looks green. We are constantly striving to do less harm by becoming more environmentally focused, in turn saving water, reducing waste and lowering greenhouse gas emissions in all of our product journeys - from sourcing ingredients to the end lifecycle.We care for life below water and life on land and every product is now certified by PETA as both cruelty free and vegan. For us, that was a must.

Our packaging is moving towards being fully degradable and recyclable and we endeavour to source recyclable materials for our products as part of our climate action changes.

At delilah we are building partnerships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure that everything we do will have less of an impact on the environment.

I received my delivery - what are those 'puffs' in the packaging?

We hope you love your items! The 'puffs' are actually made of starch and you can put these either in your compost or with a little luke warm water, watch them melt away down your sink!
